FNH USA Names Loper New Vice President of Military Operations

From FNH USA – Retired U.S. Army Colonel Tom Loper joins FHN USA as Vice President of Military Operations

FNH USA, LLC is pleased to announce that retired U.S. Army Col. Tom Loper has joined its executive team as Vice President, Military Operations. In this role, Mr. Loper will manage all FNH USA military operations and business development activities.

“We are pleased Tom has joined FNH USA,” said Mark Cherpes, President and CEO. “His extensive background and expertise in both government and civilian defense acquisition and program management will be tremendous assets to the team.”

Prior to joining FNH USA, Mr. Loper was Director, Business Development for Ultra Electronics Magneto Inductive Systems. There, he was responsible for all domestic and international business development activities. Prior to that, Mr. Loper served 27 years on active duty with the Army including deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq, and overseas assignments in Central America and Europe.

Mr. Loper received his bachelor’s degree in science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and holds a Master of Science in Systems Technology for Command Control and Communications from the Naval Postgraduate School. He also holds Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III certifications in program management and information technology.
