2013 ATV Mud Nationals Celebrates 11 Years in Texas; Event Winners Announced

High Lifter Products Inc., the leader in custom aftermarket ATV/UTV accessories and products, today announced the official race results from the 2013 High Lifter ATV Mud Nationals held from March 20-March 24 at Mud Creek Off-Road Park in Jacksonville, Texas. The annual event is the largest of its kind, drawing thousands of attendess from around the world, and about 100 vendors from the ATV/UTV industry.

Over the course of five days, attendees could participate in a total of 18 competitive events or races which had cash payouts or prizes. In addition to the events and trail riding, the Yamaha eXtreme Outlaw Concert Series was held at the Yamaha Oasis featuring Blackberry Smoke, Frank Foster, Drake White, Jason Cassidy, Cody Riley Band, and Alex Troegel.

Scott Smith, President of High Lifter Products, said the 11th running of the world’s largest mud-riding event proved to be one of the best and biggest rides to date. “There is truly nothing greater than seeing thousands of people from a variety of backgrounds come together and enjoy a hobby like off-road riding,” Smith said. “Our annual success with this event is a direct result of the hard work that the Mud Creek crew puts toward their park.”

During the event, Polaris hosted a donation drive benefitting the family of Caleb Moore. Those who donated at least $5 were eligible to win a custom Polaris RZR 900. Prior to his untimely death at the past Winter X Games, Moore had displayed his high-flying talent at several High Lifter ATV Mud Nationals. During the awards ceremony, Caleb’s brother Colten was on hand to draw the winning ticket belonging to Austin Hopkins.

On June 20-23, High Lifter will take its signature mud riding event on the road as it heads to Hill City, Minnesota, for the 2013 High Lifter Quadna Mud Nationals. More information on that event can be found at http://www.quadnamudnationals.com.
