Celebrating our Texas outdoor traditions and bringing together sportsmen from throughout Central Texas, the Liberty Hill Wild Game Dinner will be held on April 27, 2013, at the Liberty Hill United Methodist Church in Liberty Hill, Texas. Attendees will enjoy a one-of-a-kind menu featuring dishes of venison, quail, blackbuck, elk, pork, bison and more, plus have fun with live and silent fund-raising auctions with hunting gear, art, jewelry, ranch equipment, furniture and much more.
“Our fifth annual Wild Game Dinner is bigger than ever, so we’re very excited to offer our biggest prize package ever. Our community cares deeply about preserving our outdoor heritage and we welcome everyone to come join us for a good time and some great food,” says Randall Hilburn, pastor of the Liberty Hill United Methodist Church.
Organized by the Liberty Hill United Methodist Men’s group, the Wild Game Dinner begins at 5 p.m. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Ticket includes entrance to the event and auctions and one entry for the grand prize drawing. Children (12 & under) tickets will be available at the door for $5 and do not include the prize drawing.
Donations of cash and auction items for the Wild Game Dinner are welcome. Proceeds from the dinner help fund many of the ministries and outreach programs of the Liberty Hill United Methodist Church.
