MidwayUSA continues its steadfast approach to running the business with family values at the core of its culture. The recent promotion of Jon Hardin to eCommerce Marketing Manager is another example of the company’s passion for promoting from within and continued investment in the development of the organization.

Hardin was able to merge his passion for hunting with his vocation of digital marketing back in 2010 when he joined the MidwayUSA family. Initially, he managed SEO practices while eventually overseeing all SEM projects early in 2011. In his new role, Hardin plays a strategic part in the eCommerce Department’s marketing work system.

“Jon brings a lot to the table with his marketing and eCommerce experience,” said Vice President of eCommerce Adam Ray. “This promotion makes him the senior manager responsible for finding, attracting and acquiring new Customers, as well as retaining existing Customers. With Jon’s experience and love of our industry, I have no doubt that these efforts are in extremely capable hands.”
