Thanks to two sponsorship programs funded by MidwayUSA, this year’s field of competitors at the Bianchi Cup will feature more new faces than ever before.
New this year, the MidwayUSA Bianchi Cup Scholarship Program awards scholarships to college-age junior shooters to cover expenses including entry fees, travel costs and hotel stays. MidwayUSA is also once again providing $15,000 specifically allocated as First Time Shooter Awards. First-time men, women and junior competitors in the Production Division with the highest aggregate score will take home $2,500 for 1st place, $1,500 for 2nd place and $750 for 3rd place.
“Brenda and I are strong supporters of the shooting sports, and we know many of our Customers are competitive shooters,” said MidwayUSA Founder and CEO Larry Potterfield. “We encourage new shooters whenever we can, and these two programs offer some great opportunities to help those new competitors be successful.”
In addition to these programs, MidwayUSA returns for the 5th year in a row as the Official Sponsor of the Bianchi Cup.
