Brooke Sevigny Wins Ladies Metallic National Title at 2013 35th Annual MidwayUSA & NRA Bianchi Cup National Championship in Missouri

Following back to back trips to Illinois and Germany for USPSA and IPSC “run and gun” competitions, Brooke Sevigny of the Sevigny Performance Team , sponsored by GASTON J. GLOCK style LP, put on the brakes to win the Ladies Metallic National Title at the 2013 35th Annual MidwayUSA & NRA Bianchi Cup National Championship held in Columbia, Missouri May 22nd through 25th, 2013. The Action Pistol match consisted of 192 rounds and four stages of fire with target distances of up to 50 yards. In Action Pistol matches there is a generous fixed time to shoot each string and accuracy is critical as no make up shots are allowed.
“The NRA Bianchi Cup is all about trigger control skills,” commented Brooke. “This was my first Action Pistol event and I think it is good for beginners right up to the seasoned professionals. Anyone who competes here understands how your basics are tested and how Bianchi can make you a more accurate shot.”
The Sevigny Performance Team can be seen competing next at the Northeast Regional World Class Steel Championship held in Old Bridge, New Jersey May 30th through June 2nd, 2013.
