A new position within LaserMax, the COO role was established with the goal of aligning the company’s world-class innovation with industry-leading operational practices to drive the next-generation of market leadership. “LaserMax is poised to embark upon a rapid growth phase and I have every confidence in Jeff’s ability to effectively lead that charge,” remarked Houde-Walter. “He is a seasoned leader with an extensive track record of delivering impressive results and we are delighted to have someone of his caliber onboard.”

Immediately prior to joining LaserMax, Schlarbaum served as President of IEC Electronics Corp (NYSE:IEC) where he successfully positioned the brand as a premier electronic manufacturing services provider to advanced technology companies. Preceding IEC, Jeff spent the better part of two decades in leadership positions advancing progressive business strategies at industry leading companies, both private and public, such as Plexus Corp (Nasdaq: PLXS), Seagate Technologies (Nasdaq:STX) and others. He holds a BBA in Marketing from National University in San Diego, California and an MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.

Schlarbaum commented on his appointment by saying, “I am extremely excited to be joining LaserMax at such an important time in its evolution. The company has spent the last two years building a dynamic team and investing in breakthrough technology whose market potential is truly extraordinary. I am eager to develop and execute a compelling strategy that will lead LaserMax to its next phase of growth tied with operational excellence across the company.”
