Video: Angry Elephant Flips Over Safari Jeep

The world-famous Kruger National Park in South Africa is known for its wide diversity of wildlife, but it can also be unpredictable. In the below video, veteran professional safari guide Johann Lombard found himself in a predicament when he faced several angry elephants while in his vehicle. The guide attempted to “talk down” the large animals and largely succeeded in halting the charge, but another elephant ran past his fellows to ram the jeep. According to the video’s description on jukinvideo.com, the encounter was unprovoked and Lombard was taking all possible precautions. Maybe the animals were just having a bad day.
Fortunately, no one was injured during the incident and the elephants eventually moved away.
