Video: Shooting 128 Clay Pigeons with One Shot

Target shooters pride themselves on speed and accuracy, but even they are bound by the laws of physics. We haven’t taken any liberties with the title, this video—admittedly a classic—shows how 128 clay pigeons meet their end with exactly one shot. The gun used for this undertaking is, of course, a punt gun.
For those that are wondering what a punt gun is, they should look no further than their shotgun of choice. Now imagine the same firearm scaled up about 20 times and capable of firing well over a pound of shot at a time. These massive firearms were traditionally mounted on small boats in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries for commercial waterfowl harvesting, and were capable of killing up to 50 ducks at a time.
