Video: Be Careful What You Put a Target On

Several years ago Discovery Channel’s Mythbusters spent an episode on whether a minigun could reliably cut down a tree. After procuring a Dillon Aero minigun and presumably several thousand rounds of ammunition, the Mythbusters team succeeded in felling a medium-sized tree—as it caught on fire.

In this recently-uploaded YouTube video, one shooter decides to tackle the task himself. Of course, things don’t go quite as planned.

Whether the fall was a setup or not, be careful what you put a target on.
