Video: Anglers Crack Up after Tarpon Jumps over Dock to Escape

Captains Blair Wiggins and Mark Nichols are both seasoned tarpon anglers, and they know that the narrow canals of Satellite Beach in Florida hide some pretty big fish. In fact, the tarpon here are so big that when hooked, they have been known to knock floorboards straight off of the docks while trying to escape.

These torpedo-shaped fish have a reputation for their spectacular leaping ability—and they love showing off. However, Mark and Blair never expected one to escape by tumbling over a dock and flopping its way to freedom.

The fishermen reacted the only way they could, with hysterical laughter.
