Video: How to Jump-start a Car with an AK-47

The AK platform has proved remarkably versatile since it was introduced in the 1940s. In fact, it’s so versatile that you can use it to jump-start a car.
The video below shows some creative military personnel using their AKs in the absence of jumper cables. They simply connected the metal parts, including what appears to be the cleaning rod, of their rifles to the battery terminals on each vehicle. Unsurprisingly, the quick fix worked and the dead vehicle was able to run after being jumped.
Why this is not ideal it could certainly work in a pinch. Just make sure the rifle is unloaded before you try anything like this yourself.
