Adam Hayden has been promoted from National Sales Manager for Scott Archery and Custom Bow Equipment to Director of Sales for The Outdoor Group. He has worked for Scott Archery since 2007 and joined TOG when Scott Archery was acquired in 2012. Hayden has a diverse background in the archery industry including retail sales, competing as a professional tournament archer and archery distribution buyer and sales.
“Adam is a consummate professional that has been a tremendous asset to The Outdoor Group and our customers. This new role will allow Adam to continue to add value on a higher level. I am so excited for him to be expanding his role in our Factory Direct Sales Team,” said TOG Vice President of Sales, David Reitano.
Hayden has most recently held the position of National Sales Manager for Scott Archery and Custom Bow Equipment, both of which have realized consistent yearly growth. He has developed solid relationships with key industry buyers and has served to represent all TOG brands in their major accounts. His new role is a logical and well deserved promotion as Hayden has advanced and added value within TOG and to their customers.
Hayden, as TOG Director of Sales, will be responsible for serving their mass merchant retail and distribution customers as their key account manager. Hayden will also direct TOG’s international sales and develop strategies to increase their penetration in all geographies. Lastly, he will be tasked with enhancing our partnership with industry buy groups and their members.
