Video: Black Lab Fetches Misguided Salmon

Why did the salmon cross the road? Apparently the black lab retriever in this Facebook video posted by user OMG doesn’t give a darn, and as far as the dog is concerned, fish shouldn’t be swimming across a paved road anyway.
We’re not sure where this clip was recorded, but the timing was impeccable. An obvious flood situation resulted in water running over a road, which in turn misdirected the fish during an upstream migration. The pup, intent on snagging a fish dinner, or perhaps set on retrieving a live chew toy, was so focused on its task that even oncoming traffic didn’t cause it to flinch.
Who doesn’t love a dog that can find its own source of entertainment?
