Video: Man Armed With Rifle Spray-Paints NSFW ‘Graffiti’ on Nearby Homes

First, we have to say an active shooter is no laughing matter what so ever. But with that said, knowing he’s been detained and is safely in custody, with no reported injuries, it’s hard not to crack a smile at what this guy was seen doing via police helicopter.
The situation began when a tweet was sent out showing the shooter pointing a rifle out of a second story window of a residential home.

Then, police video shows the suspect casually walking the streets, rifle in hand and one other unidentified object in the other hand. . .
It becomes clear what that object is once he walks up to a car parked on the street. . .

It also becomes clear, as he continues to vandalize the homes nearby, this guy is no artist.
