Video: Kayaker Nearly Gets Swallowed by Humpback Whale

Humpback whales and close calls DO NOT go hand in hand . . .

There she blows! YouTuber Edub Outdoors Willis captured this close call on video when he got a little face time with a humpback whale that nearly swallowed him and his kayak for breakfast while out in Half Moon Bay near San Francisco, California.

Let us be the first to say, this guy is nuts for getting that close to a hungry whale, but he seems to be thoroughly enjoying it. We imagine if something like this were to happen to someone else, they’d be running, not paddling, across water to the nearest point of land.
