Cabela’s Shareholders Give Stamp of Approval For Acquisition by Bass Pro Shops

Just last week, we saw the FTC give the mega deal of the outdoor world the official go-ahead.

 On the morning of July 11, Cabela’s shareholders voted and approved the plans to combine Cabela’s with Bass Pro Shops. It sounds like there are still a few more hurdles to clear yet, but this moves the deal one step closer to finalizing.
