A Californian who says she saw bigfoot, is so confident in her discovery, that she’s filed suit against the state for not recognizing bigfoot as a real species.
ABC30 reports Claudia Ackley was on a hiking trip with her two daughters in the San Bernardino mountains when the two girls saw something that made them freeze in their tracks.
“He looked like a Neanderthal man with a lot of hair,” Ackley said. “About 800 pounds. I was trying to tell it to please not hurt us, and that’s when he just stared at me.”
Apparently, when Ackley began making phone calls to report the bigfoot sighting, she was told she was “just seeing a bear.” This next part doesn’t bode well for her claim . . .
See, when Ackley said her daughters saw the bigfoot, it was perched roughly 30 feet up in a tree, and there were “others” seen nearby.
“All I’m thinking is please don’t get near us because I have my children,” she said, which we find ironic, because that’s probably exactly what that mother black bear with her cubs was thinking as she stared at them on the ground.
The panicked mother dialed 911, but said authorities did not believe her.
Ackley has since filed a lawsuit against the state of California, as well as the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, for refusing to acknowledge the existence of the species bigfoot.
