[SHOT Show 2020] Shooter Ready… Pull! NEW ATI Cavalry Over/Under SVE

With spring just around the corner there could not be better timing to unveil a quality yet affordable over/under shotgun than at SHOT Show 2020. American Tactical (ATI) is as complete of a firearm manufacturer as any with their portfolio containing 1911s, AR-15s, and of course, double barrel shotguns for hunting and sporting activities. One of their newest is the ATI Cavalry Over/Under SVE.

The ATI Cavalry Over/Under SVE is going to be offered in 4 of the most popular hunting/sporting gauges: 12, 20, 28, and .410 Gauge. These shotguns also will come with an assortment of 5 Choke Tubes each and feature auto ejectors. Made from light weight high grade 7075 aluminum, the Cavalry series of shotguns weigh in at just over 6 lbs and feature an intricate laser engraved design. Triggers are single selective, chambered for up to 3″ Magnum (2 3/4″ on 28 Gauge Models), and come with 5 interchangeable chokes.“

The MSRP for all of the ATI Cavalry Over/Under SVE shotguns is $599.95 regardless of the gauge it is chambered in. They all also carry American Tactical’s “Limited Lifetime Warranty” in the rare event that you should ever be in need of service for your shotgun. It is also important to note that all Cavalry shotguns are hand fit at the factory and may vary slightly from the factory suggested measurements which are as follows:

Length of Pull – 14.23″
Drop at Comb – 1.45″
Drop at Heel – 2.2″

American Tactical used to manufacture the Cavalry Over/Under shotgun with simple extractors, but that variation of the Cavalry has been discontinued in favor of this newer iteration with ejectors. With a clean, hand-fit appearance plus all the choke tubes a sporting shooter or hunter could need, the ATI Cavalry Over/Under SVE looks to be a great quality shotgun for the asking price.
