Two Huge Condors Stop by Penthouse Apartment to Try and Snatch Pet Poodles Inside

A woman at home inside her penthouse apartment had a disturbing encounter when two giant birds swooped onto her balcony and began eyeing her pet poodles like they were a tasty snack.

The longer the video runs it seems as though the birds, which appear to be Andean Condors, get closer and closer to finding a way into the apartment. At one point it looked like they were just going to start pecking at the glass until it broke..

The clip, which was reportedly filmed in Chile, was posted on the popular video sharing app Tik-Tok by user Gabriela Leonardi and has since been viewed by millions.

According to reports from local news sources, the dogs were not harmed at all, but I’ll bet they’re going to rethink laying next to the window ever again. And you can kiss sunbathing out on the balcony good-bye!

The Andean condor is a South American bird with a massive wingspan of up to 10 ft 10 in!

The condor is primarily a scavenger, feeding on carrion. It prefers large carcasses, such as those of deer or cattle, but it’s certainly not unheard of for large birds of prey to attack and kill pet dogs or cats.
