Does your girlfriend, wife, sister, or mother like to shoot? Has she ever been interested in shooting or hunting? If they are and just are a little afraid of getting involved then maybe it’s time to take her out to the Sea to Shining Sea 2022 tour being put on by Shoot Like A Girl and this year’s new partner Vortex Optics! Shoot Like A Girl is an organization dedicated to empowering women in shooting sports and not only getting them good products but also helping teach and instruct newcomers or curious women and girls who might want to get into hunting or other shooting sports.

So what does this mean for women shooters in the states? Shoot Like A Girl plans on visiting several locations all across the nation with their mobile range (which I actually saw on I-40 near Memphis the other day). This mobile range is open and available to the public and it is at this range that attendees can take advantage of the knowledge and experience from certified female instructors in one-on-one instruction, completely for free.

Vortex® is committed to acting as a resource to help educate and inspire everyone to live a life outdoors, whether it’s their first time holding a handgun, or their 100th time out in the woods.”
It is at this mobile range that new shooters or even inexperienced shooters can gain more knowledge and hands-on experience at Shoot Like A Girl’s state-of-the-art mobile gun range. Even if firearms aren’t your thing, you can take lessons and instruction from competent and qualified female archers and also get information on further resources that aim to empower women across the nation when it comes to firearms and hunting.
