Abu Garcia has finished filling out their Zenon premium line of spinning reels with the new Zenon MG-X. This is Abu Garcia’s ultimate design for meeting the needs of finesse anglers. The reel has been made for anglers who want a premium spinning reel that weighs as light as possible to be matched with an ultra-sensitive lightweight rod. The Zenon MG-X is built around its one-piece asymmetric frame design. This is made of Abu Garcia’s X-Mag magnesium alloy, which gives the reel extra strength and weight savings. The spool of the reel has a mid-arbo air fin design for weight savings along with a rocket spool lip design for better line control as it comes off the spool.
