2024 Minn Kota & Humminbird Owners Tournament Announced

The second annual Minn Kota & Humminbird Owners Tournament has been announced for this year, it is going to be held on historic Pickwick Lake in Tennessee. The tournament will be held at Pickwick Landing State Park for three days from May 30th to June 1st, 2024. The first Minn Kota & Humminbird Owner’s tournament was held over two days in 2023 and paid out over $150,000 in cash and prizes. During that first tournament, 50% of the anglers who participated received either a prize or cash payout in those two days. To go even bigger this year, the 2024 tournament will have even more cash and prizes on the third day of competition.
This is an “amateur” only tournament, so no professional anglers or fishing guides are allowed in the tournament. The only prequalified needed by an “amateur” boat caption is at least one Minn Kota or Humminbird product installed on the boat. Co-anglers do not need to own a Minn Kota or Humminbird product to join. Anglers have the flexibility to choose how many days to fish. Each day of the tournament has seven hourly weigh-ins where anglers can win prizes. The 1st place overall finisher will win the grand prize of $50,000 dollars. The total payout value for the tournament is going to be $180,000 in cash and prizes. Beyond just the overall 1st place, the overall top 5 places will have a chance to win Minn Kota and Humminbird products, and other exciting prizes.
2024 Minn Kota & Humminbird Owners Tournament Event Details
- May 29th: Registration day where one angler must check-in
- May 30th – June 1st: Tournament fishing days (anglers can fish one, two, or all three days)
- Open to amateur anglers owning at least one Minn Kota or Humminbird product
- Co-anglers (non-boat owners) are not required to own Minn Kota or Humminbird products
- Seven hourly weigh-ins daily with the top 10 in each winning cash & prizes
- The event’s Overall Top 5 winning cash & prizes
- Over $180,000 in cash and prizes expected to be paid out with a $50,000 grand prize winner
- Anglers are allowed up to three anglers total in their boat during tournament hours
- Three day $275 | Two day $175 | One day $125 (Entry fees per angler)
- Early entry prize: The first 250 two- or three-day online entrants will receive a free Abu Garcia fishing rod
