Northwestern Outdoors Radio Begins New Year With Three New Stations

Northwestern Outdoors Radio continues to grow at a rapid pace in this New Year!   The syndicated hour-long show doubled in size to 26 affiliate stations in 2011 and has now added three more stations in Idaho, Oregon and Washington.

News Radio KINF 730 AM/ 99.1 FM will begin broadcasting the show on Saturdays at 8 AM beginning February 4th.  KINF is a new station poised to challenge the top stations for ratings in the Boise market.  KINF will simulcast the show on both AM and FM across Southwest Idaho and into Eastern Oregon.

KMAS News Radio 1030 AM/ 104.1 FM will also simulcast the show in the South Puget Sound area of Washington State from their studios in Shelton to the capitol city of Olympia.  The show will air on Saturdays, beginning this weekend, at a time to be announced.

Finally, News Talk 1440 KMED, the number one rated station in the Medford-Ashland market of Southern Oregon, brings Northwestern Outdoors Radio on board Sundays at 6 AM beginning this weekend.  This marks the shows first appearance in Southern Oregon.

Northwestern Outdoors Radio is produced every week from its flagship station at 560 KPQ in Wenatchee, Washington and is now broadcast 34 times a week on 29 stations in the Northwest to include major markets in Eugene, Spokane, Tacoma, the Tri-Cities and Bend.  The show host and producer is John Kruse, a veteran outdoors writer and broadcaster.  To find out more about Northwestern Outdoors Radio, to include a complete list of stations and air times, go to www.northwesternoutdoors.com.
