Breakfast with Raptors at Indiana’s Falls of the Ohio State Park, Mar. 10

A special event at Falls of the Ohio State Park, March 10, offers diners the opportunity to enjoy a country breakfast in the company of birds of prey.
Breakfast with the Raptors is from 8 to 9:30 a.m. in the park’s interpretive center.
The event features a breakfast by Chardeau’s Classic Catering and a live raptor presentation by Leslie Grow, interpretive naturalist and bird specialist from Hardy Lake, using birds from the Hardy Lake Raptor Rehab Center.
A bald eagle is scheduled for appearance, although the selection of birds is subject to change depending on their health.
Cost is $20 for those 11 and older and $15 for those 10 and younger. Proceeds will benefit the Hardy Lake Raptor Rehab Center and Falls of the Ohio State Park.

Additional Breakfast with the Raptor events are Aug. 18, with a focus on owls, and Nov. 10, with a focus on hawks.
