Four Mule Deer Poached South of Great Falls, Montana

State game wardens are seeking information regarding the poaching of four mule deer off Boston Coulee Road south of Great Falls.
The four deer – three does and a small buck – were found Feb. 20. They had probably been shot the previous weekend. Nothing was taken; they were just shot and left.
Deer are frequently poached, often just shot and left, in the rural area south of Great Falls, ranging from the lower Smith River valley to the town of Stockett. Fish, Wildlife and Parks game wardens report at least four separate cases of poaching in the area over the winter.

Rewards are available through the TIPMONT program and informants are kept confidential.
