This Week on Outdoors Radio: The Top Town for Sportsmen in the US

This week, Dan Small Outdoors Radio features Outdoor Life senior editor John Taranto; Adams Couinty, WI parks director Fred Nickel; Hunting Beast president Dan Infalt and Madison bait dealer Gene Dellinger. Jeff scores his first wild turkey. Dan eats tag soup.

Outdoor Life Senior Editor John Taranto tells how Appleton, Wisconsin was chosen as the top town for sportsmen in the U.S.

Fred Nickel, director of Parks, Recreation and Trails for Adams County, says Petenwell and Castle Rock parks are primed for spring guests, with 500 and 200 campsites, respectively, and no reservations needed.

Dan Infalt, president of Hunting Beast, talks about his new DVD, Extreme Turkey Hunting Run & Gun.

In the Madison Outdoors Report, Gene Dellinger, proprietor of D&S Bait in Madison, reports panfishing has been spotty on the Madison chain, but conditions look good for bass, walleyes and muskies on opening weekend.
