Crimson Trace Hires Chief Operations Officer

After an exhaustive search, Crimson Trace has selected Gina Chambers as Chief Operations Officer. Chambers bring extensive operations management experience in electro-optics assembly, lean manufacturing practices and supply chain management in the Commercial and Defense sectors at companies such as FLIR Systems, Tektronix and iMove. She will be responsible for optimizing CTC’s manufacturing systems, implementing cost reduction strategies, and enhancing product development efficiency to support the company’s continued growth.
“We’re very excited have Gina join the Crimson Trace executive team,” said Lane Tobiassen, President of Crimson Trace. “She arrives at a period of significant expansion for our organization and her talents will be put to immediate use, streamlining systems and ensuring the continued quality and performance of CTC products.” Chambers’ duties at the company will include leading the supply chain, manufacturing and logistics organizations, developing operations strategies to support growth objectives, and implementation of scalable systems to facilitate the company’s evolution and increased market share.
