Lilypond Brings New Colors and Styles to Outdoor Retailer

Lilypond, the maker of premium bags, totes and accessories for adventurous women, is excited to show retailers and media attending Outdoor Retailer in Salt Lake City new additions to the line and a great new color.
Building on the success of the 100% recycled CYCLEPOND fabrics in 2012, Lilypond added the new Mariner Blue color to many existing styles. Eleven styles incorporate this new vibrant blue that consumers are sure to love. The Lobo, Daybreak, Lupine, Desert Willow, Rainshower, Crosstown, Magnolia, Switchgrass, Sundown, Savannah Wallet, Nightingale Toiletry Kit, and the new Firefly styles use this new color.
Two completely new styles grace the Lilypond collection. The Firefly tote features a large compartment with padded, zippered laptop sleeve that fits 15” computers. Plenty more space abounds in the zip-top closure compartment, and the exterior zippered pocket is ideal for smaller items. The dual rolled handles are 10” long and are comfy to carry by hand or over the shoulder. Available in Persimmon or Mariner Blue, the exterior fabric is CYCLEPOND and the interior is lined. This bag will retail for $69.
The Mountaintop is the perfect small duffel to carry-on a plane for a quick getaway. The durable fabric stands up through security checks and being tossed in and out of the overhead bins with the heavy-duty webbing handles on either end of the bag. Carry the Mountaintop through the airport via the padded handles, the adjustable, removable shoulder strap or with the backpack straps that zip in and out of the bottom of the bag. The main compartment has two large zippered pockets for the ultimate in organization, and the exterior has one zippered pocket, perfect for those items needed in a hurry. The Mountaintop comes in Spring Leaf or Reef Blue and will retail for $149.
Other pieces in the line with updates are the Nightingale Toiletry Kit and the Sunflower tote. The Nightingale features 100% CYCLEPOND fabric throughout this convenient kit. An attachment hook for easy use makes getting into the compartments with plenty of organization a breeze. The Nightingale comes in Persimmon and Mariner Blue and will retail for $49. The Sunflower is a very durable large tote that is perfect for ski or bike gear or for moms to pack all the essentials for a family outing. The signature Lilypond molded bottom stands up on any surface and does not soak up water, snow, dirt or mud. The large compartment makes it easy to pack, and the interior and exterior pockets and pouches make it easy to organize any gear. The Sunflower comes in a heavy-duty ballistic nylon fabric in either Reef Blue or Spring Leaf and will retail for $99.
