Nathan Hill Promoted to Hunting Product Line Manager

Nathan joined the MidwayUSA Contact Center Team in February 2010 as a Supervisor. Most recently, he has been responsible for the email and web chat functions in the Contact Center.
“My experience in our Contact Center has provided me a Customer-centered perspective that should be very helpful as we continue improving the quantity and quality of our product information available on our website,” said Hill. “One of my goals as Hunting Product Line Manager will be making MidwayUSA the ‘go-to’ site in the industry for detailed information about hunting products.”
In his new position, Nathan will be responsible for the sales, margins, product mix and product information related to the Hunting product category. This position serves as the knowledge leader for the Hunting product category and is key to elevating MidwayUSA’s product offering and information above and beyond all competitors.
“Nathan brings great leadership experience and a strong systematic, process – based management style,” said Merchandising Manager Bill Clinton. “Combined with his passion for hunting and the outdoors, Nathan is a great addition to the MidwayUSA Merchandising team.”
An NRA Life Member and avid bow hunter, Nathan has taken black bear, wild boar, whitetail deer and turkeys with his bow. Nathan has a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from Northwest Missouri State University and a Masters of Arts in Philosophy from Miami University.
