CompressRx adds game-changing circulation benefits to Recovery, Ultra and Performance compression apparel lines
Zoot Sports, a global leader in endurance sports performance wear and footwear, expands their compression offerings with the all-new CompressRx 2.0 (CRx 2.0) technology engineered to improve circulation. The CRx 2.0 is now incorporated in the Recovery, Ultra and Performance lines, applying the technology to an array of compression garments to exceed the circulation expectations of everyday runners, gym-goers and cross-trainers alike.
“We continue to push the envelope when it comes to smart compression because all athletes, no matter their forte, deserve optimized circulation and muscle performance,” said Molly Kline, marketing director, Zoot Sports. “CRx 2.0 technology works for athletes year round to improve blood flow so that their body is truly running like a well oiled machine. The effects will not only be evident during the task at hand, but benefits will last throughout post-workout recovery period as well.”
The new CRx 2.0 garments are designed to improve circulation back to the heart and reduce lactic acid build-up that causes cramps and soreness. When combined with existing Zoot technologies such as ZoneRx and Dynamic X construction, Zoot compression wear containing CRx 2.0 is a whole new force to be reckoned with.
Recovery with CRx 2.0: The unisex Recovery ensemble consists of a long sleeve top, full-length tight, and knee-high sock that combine CRx 2.0 circulation technology with Dynamic X muscle alignment and seamless ZoneRx construction for a comfortable, high performance fit. Recovery garments are made with lighter-weight advanced polyester that transports moisture away from the body to the garment’s surface, spreading quickly and drying faster. When combined SilverTECH, a 99% anti-microbial and anti-odor barrier, the Recovery line not only keeps athletes dry, but feeling fresh.
Ultra with CRx 2.0: The Ultra line consists of women’s and men’s specific training apparel with mix-and-match options from top to bottom, including: racerback top, short-sleeved top, knickers, shorts, tights and socks. The versatile line can be worn whether it is time to head outside for a trail run or stay in for a low-impact group fitness class. The line contains the same bombproof fabric technologies and engineering as the Recovery line, but it is fine-tuned with gender-specific fits and New added features such as: Hip Holster pockets for nutrition storage, redesigned gusset construction for improved fit and durability and an inside draw cord at the waist for a secure fit.
Ultra socks are some of Zoot’s smartest socks to date. The socks are engineered for endurance, employing NanoGlide yarn knit into heel and toe to reduce blistering and hot spots and keep feet drier and more comfortable, padded cushioning underfoot, compressed arch support, and AirZone breathable knitting on top of the foot.
Performance with CRx 2.0: Performance socks and calf sleeves are enhanced with CRx 2.0 offer compressive support to the arch of the foot and calf and promote blood flow to reduce cramping and fatigue. BIOwrap technology braces the muscles and reduces vibration for less wear and tear. The no-foot calf sleeve design offers athletes the option to wear their accustomed sock.
