Yet at only 10 and 12 years old, Snow addresses the issue many may be asking, are their parents pushing them too far?
Meet Kaytlynn and Heather Welsch who have each participated in more than 100 races in the past 2 years, including adult endurance runs, trail runs and triathlons. Most weekends, they compete in races back to back on Saturdays and Sundays. But is running such long distances healthy for young girls?
