Tom Sciacca is a former marine with a passion for urban and wilderness survival. He uses his knowledge and expertise to choose the best products for his company. Tom enjoys studying plants, hunting, and knives.
Tom wanted to offer camping and survival products. He didn’t want to have a “doom and gloom” survival web site. He wanted to soften up survival by adding camping items into the mix. He sees people going back to the basics and doing things their parents or grandparents did like canning or hunting. Tom also tells the guys the #1 item he would take in the woods with him.
CampingSurvival.com offers a wide variety of products. They carry a good selection of paracord, first aid items, tools, fire starters, compasses, and more. They also have two active and interactive Facebook pages. Check them out for great information and giveaways.
Tom also talks about another site called campingsurvivalblog.com where they take the best from their Facebook questions and add it the blog. This is a great place for information on the outdoors and the company.
