YETI’S Chronicles the Heroic Efforts of Port Authority Officer who is making a Difference in fight against Cancer
The act of selflessness is truly a defining characteristic of 9/11 survivor Will Jimeno. Sportsman Channel, the leader in outdoor TV for the American Sportsman, proudly brings an inspirational story of courage and valor in this week’s YETI’S Ultimate Hunt. The tragic incidents of 9/11 found Jimeno buried and trapped alive beneath the rubble of the World Trade Center. The Port Authority Officer is one of only a few survivors and has decided to share his stories of courage and passion to help make a difference in the fight against cancer. Join hosts, Rob Evans, Haley Heath and Holly Eyster for a moving and unique episode of YETI’S Ultimate Hunt on Wednesday, May 22 at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT.
New Jersey resident, Will Jimeno is a hero, husband, father and passionate bowhunter who put his life on the line on September 11, 2001. His efforts have been recognized by many, including Hollywood. Jimeno’s brave story has been documented in a film (World Trade Center) which outlines the unimaginable events of 9/11. Unfortunately, like many, Jimeno’s family has been and continues to be affected by cancer. He uses his platform to not only discuss his story from 9/11, but to also encourage others to make a donation to the Pink Arrow Project (www.pinkarrowproject.com). Bowhunting in the woods and joining the effort to help stamp out cancer are two passions Jimeno will always place in the forefront.
