SHOT University Coming to Louisville Aug. 12

Based on demand from the National Shooting Sports Foundation’s retailer members, NSSF is bringing SHOT University — the premier retailer education event — to Louisville, Ky., on Aug. 12.
NSSF is inviting all firearms retailers to attend the day of seminars at the Louisville Marriott East. It will begin with a reception on Sunday evening, Aug. 11, followed by a full-day schedule of classes running from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 12. Topics that will be covered include merchandising and store operations, media and crisis training, marketing tactics, best website practices and loss-prevention strategies. The following day will feature a free Retailer Education Seminar focused on ATF compliance.
Cost for the entire event is $199 to NSSF members, $299 for nonmembers. Those that register before July 20 can receive a $50 early-bird discount.
