Cabela’s King Kat Tournament Trail Hits South Carolina’s Lake Marion for a 2-Day $10,000.00 Super Event Next Weekend

Coming up next weekend the Cabela’s King Kat Tournament Trail will hit the waters of Lakes Marion & Moultrie for a 2-Day $10,000.00 Super Event August 2nd & 3rd, 2013. This is the opportunity for local catfish anglers to compete for cash, prizes and a chance to advance to the Cabela’s King Kat Classic. This year’s Cabela’s King Kat Classic will be held September 26-28, 2013 on Kentucky Lake at Camden, Tennessee. Be sure to check out our new website at: www.kingkatusa.com. It’s a new site with new and exciting information on our events along with special information for catfish anglers everywhere.
Registration
Late registration will be held the day before competition at the John Land Landing Provillion in Summerton from 5-7 pm. Captains Meeting/Seminar will follow at 7pm. Must be a member of the King Kat Association to fish this event. A one year membership is $25.00.

Legal waters for the event will be: Anglers may fish both lakes Marion and Moultrie.
Weigh-In Site
The tournament weigh-in both days will be held at the John Land landing, 4404 Greenall Rd. Summerton, South Carolina. Tournament hours both days are 6:30 AM until 3:00 PM. All anglers must be in weigh-in line by 4:00 PM with a 5 fish limit per team each day. To help preserve the sport only live fish will be weighed in and all fish will be released after the tournament.
