Team Benelli 3-Gun Shooters have recently racked up impressive finishes in the last three major practical shotgun tournaments held this season. During the Pan American Match, hosted by the USA in June, Team Benelli shooters achieving honors included Patrick E. Kelley who won Gold in Manual Standard Division by narrowly beating out 2nd place winner and Benelli teammate Jansen Jones. In Standard Division, Rob Romero fought hard against top Italian IPSC shooter Roberto Vezolli to take a well-deserved 2nd place, while James Casanova successfully ran his Benelli M2 to a close 3rd place behind Romero. Kelley and Jones were also part of a four-man team that won Gold. Katie Harris took 11th in Standard Division, firmly establishing her as Top Lady.

In April, Team Benelli’s Ben Fortin and Kurt Miller took 2nd and 3rd respectively in the Standard Division at the Benelli Tactical Shotgun Match held at Rockcastle Shooting Center, Park City, KY.  Katie Harris placed 9th to claim Top Lady in the Standard Division, while Patrick Kelley and Jansen Jones took 2nd and 3rd places respectively in the Standard Manual Division (pump-action).

Kelley also placing 1st in Manual Standard Division. Tony Holmes (Open Division) and James Casanova (Standard Division) both placed 3rd in their respective divisions. Ben Fortin, shooting a Vinci, came in 4th in Standard, while Jansen Jones commanded a Super Nova to take 2nd in Manual Standard.

At the end of July the Del-Tone/Luth Gun Club will be hosting the 3rd Annual Tactical Shotgun Championships, which will be the fourth and last major practical shotgun match of the season.
