Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation Hires New Development Director

The Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation (CSF) is pleased to announce the hiring of David Kulivan as Development Director. In this role, David will focus on philanthropic support and will contribute to development efforts for CSF. He has over a decade of nonprofit and fundraising experience and is well-respected in the shooting sports and hunting community.

Prior to joining CSF, David served as Assistant Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations at the National Rifle Association of America (NRA). In his twelve-year career at NRA he developed and managed programs that generated significant corporate support for the organization.

“All of us at CSF are excited to welcome David to the team. His experience in fundraising, knowledge of the hunting and shooting sports community and passion for the outdoors will undoubtedly be an asset to the mission of CSF,” Jeff Crane, President of CSF stated.

A native of New Orleans, David graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and a Master of Science in Wildlife. David is an avid hunter, angler, recreational shooter, and enthusiastic fan of LSU athletics. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, son and dog.

“I am thrilled to be a part of the CSF team. I’m looking forward to advancing the mission of CSF and working with supporters to ensure the future of hunting, recreational shooting and fishing and trapping,” Kulivan stated.
