CVA is proud to introduce the Optima V2 “Wildgame Edition” Muzzleloader. This special edition muzzleloading rifle was created in collaboration with CVA, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Wildgame Innovations. Both CVA and Dick’s Sporting Goods are sponsors of the extremely popular Wildgame Nation television show, staring the Busbice family. “With the Busbice guys doing such a great job promoting our guns, and Dick’s doing such a great job selling them, we were thrilled to be able to make a special gun to honor the relationship we have with both organizations,” said Ben Fleming, Vice President of Sales for BPI Outdoors, the company that owns the CVA brand. The “Wildgame Edition” gun will be supported, marketed, and promoted by all three organizations throughout the fall and winter of 2013.

The OPTIMA series guns have been established as the #1 selling series in the CVA lineup over the past 10 years, and the new Optima V2 version is the latest evolution of the Optima design. The OPTIMA V2 “Wildgame Edition” offers all of the standard features that have come to define CVA’s break-action muzzleloader guns, such as CVA’s Quick Release Breech Plug (QRBP), trigger guard actuated breeching mechanism, ambidextrous stock design, Bullet Guiding Muzzle, DuraSight Dead-On Scope Mount, and PalmSaver Ramrod. The “Wildgame Edition” features a REALTREE APG camo stock, the “Wildgame” Logo on the receiver, and a Konus 3-12×40 Scope. This gun will be available at Dick’s Sporting Goods starting in August 2013.
