Ranger 2050LS Reata Offers More Versatility and Must-have Fishing Features

With lots of room for family and friends and built to take on a variety of activities, the new Ranger 2050LS Reata is geared to make the most of your time by delivering the performance and features necessary for water sports in a boat designed for serious multispecies angling.
Measuring 20 feet, 5 inches, the new Ranger 2050LS Reata is rated for 250 horsepower and is available with a number of factory-rigged outboard options. The boat represents the continued evolution of its predecessor, the popular 2050VS, by adding more space, better storage and a host of new features that enhance overall comfort and versatility.
The new 2050LS Reata delivers a wider, deeper design complete with new styling and modern aesthetics. Equipped with on-plane seating for six with four pedestal-mounted bucket seats and fold-down jump seats at the stern, the 2050LS is capable of entertaining the entire family. Storage is highlighted by a huge center locker, designed to hold skis and larger items along the center line, while the sides are flanked by room for rods with individual closed-end tubes for added protection. Additional storage is built into the starboard and portside gunnel, including another dedicated rod rack.

An insulated cooler and baitwell are located just forward of the walk-through windshield, where a folding deck extension can transform the front deck into an even larger platform designed for serious fishing. At the rear of the vessel, the jump seats can be folded down for even more casting space while the cockpit remains open with plenty of room for movement. Other popular features include a Bluetooth-capable Jensen stereo that also connects to phones and MP3 players via a USB cable that runs into the passenger console.
The cockpit comes further equipped with removable carpet and a redesigned driver’s console with room for flush mounting large-screen electronics. Digital gauges, membrane-style switches and a Lowrance Mark-5X Pro also come standard. In addition, the 2050LS Reata features a Minn Kota Power Drive trolling motor, on-board battery charger, boarding ladder and built-in LED navigation lights at the bow.
In addition to a wider, multispecies livewell, the 2050LS is also built to accept a kicker motor at the stern. The popular Family Fun Package adds a built-in ski tow, front deck cushions, standup top, ratchet-style tie downs and larger, PVD coated trailer wheels.
Ranger enhances the ownership experience of the new 2050LS Reata by coupling it with a custom-built RangerTrail trailer. Designed to provide years of easy towing and maneuvering, every RangerTrail trailer is covered by a protective Road Armor finish and equipped with LED lights, aluminum wheels with a full-sized spare, COOL Hub lubrication system; torsion axle suspension and a locking, swing-away tongue. Every RangerTrail trailer is built in the same factory as the boat it hauls and protects, including its matching fiberglass fenders that complement the aesthetics, performance, and styling of the boat itself.
