Ruffed Grouse Society to Host Sporting Clays Championship Shoot in RI

The Rivers Edge Chapter of the Ruffed Grouse Society (RGS) will host its Dave Griskevich Memorial Sporting Clays Championship at Addieville East Farm, 200 Pheasant Drive, Mapleville, RI on Sunday, September 15, 2013, beginning with registration and a warm up five stand from 8-9:40 a.m. Shoot begins at 10 a.m.

According to RGS regional director Tripp Way, the entry fee for the 100 target shoot is $90 per adult shooter and $53 for juniors age 17 and under (add $10 to each after Sept. 8th). Each registration fee includes targets, lunch and shooting gift. Station sponsorships are also available.

Using the Lewis Class system, prizes will be awarded to winners in six divisions.
