Benelli USA Names John Alvord New Stoeger Airguns Product Manager

Benelli USA has named John Alvord as the new Stoeger Airguns Product Manager. In his new position Alvord will be responsible for coordinating Stoeger Aiguns’ product development and determining strategic direction as it applies to sales, marketing, customer service and inventory aspects of the brand. Alvord will focus his efforts on working with and overseeing Stoeger Airgun factories to ensure product quality, specifications, pricing, and seasonal availability.
Alvord, a Darien, CT native, received his Bachelors’ Degree from the University of Bridgeport and an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from Finger Lakes College. Alvord’s most recent employment was with the Crosman Corporation where he progressed through several leadership roles as a Design Engineer, Global Sourcing Engineer and Product Manager. In this capacity Alvord’s attention and focus were mostly on the manufacture of break-barrel airguns.
