Cabela’s Collegiate Bass Fishing Series to Air on Destination America

The 2013 Cabela’s Collegiate Bass Fishing Series will air on Discovery Channel’s Destination America – premiering Saturday, August 24, 2013.
Fans can tune in on Saturdays at 6:30 am EST for six weeks of college bass fishing action. Watch as the angler’s fight the weather in Branson, MO during the Cabela’s Collegiate Big Bass Bash, then they head to Paris, TN for the ACA Collegiate Open, and end the Series at Lake Pickwick in Florence, AL for what shapes up to be an epic battle on the water – where the 2013 BoatUS Collegiate Bass Fishing National Champions will be crowned!

The BoatUS Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship is the marquee event of three nationally televised tournaments hosted as part of the Cabela’s Collegiate Bass Fishing Series that includes the Cabela’s Collegiate Big Bass Bash and ACA Collegiate Open. These no entry fee events are open to all full-time students of university-recognized fishing programs.
