New Jersey’s Fall 2013 Bow Season Opens September 14

The NJDEP Division of Fish and Wildlife is reminding hunters that the Fall Bow Deer Season opens in certain zones on Saturday, September 14 and statewide on Saturday, September 28. The Youth Bow Hunting Day is Saturday, September 21.

The division is also reminding hunters that the Automated Harvest Report System (AHRS) is now used to register deer taken during all deer seasons.  Hunters are urged to familiarize themselves with the system and have their hunting location information available ahead of time.  Deer can be reported either online or by calling 855-I-HUNT- NJ (855-448-6865).
