It’s the “Fish Camp Edition” of Northwestern Outdoors Radio this weekend. We head to the Columbia River Gorge for a week of fishing and fun with outdoors communicators , guides, tournament anglers, and manufacturers from the sport fishing and outdoors industry. We’ll join several of them on the show this week as we go after trophy sturgeon with Louis McMinds of EZ Marine, talk about catching smallmouth bass with Richard Quade from Reaction Strike and Castaic Lures, and learn about the benefits of using Lucas Marine Oil products in your outboard motor from pro angler Bill McDonald.

In addition to this we’ve got a Montana antelope hunting preview, a review of a great AR rifle scope from Leupold, the season end tally of sage grouse hunter success in Idaho, and surprisingly good news from the Department of the Interior which is proposing to expand hunting opportunities at a number of National Wildlife Refuges in the Pacific Northwest!
