Crimson Trace Seeks Employee Candidates

Crimson Trace, the inventor of Instinctive Activation laser sighting systems and the world’s leading brand of laser sights and tactical lighting products for firearms, announces that it is seeking candidates to fill three full-time openings at its Wilsonville, Oregon, headquarters.
The first opening to be filled is the Product Line Manager (PLM). This employee is part of a dynamic and innovative marketing team and is responsible for owning and driving the identification, conception, development and launch of products and programs for the Crimson Trace consumer market category. Expectations of delivery items for new products include future product concepts, acquiring and managing the voice of the customer validation, and product identification management and commercialization in a timely and on budget release to markets.
The second employee to be hired by Crimson Trace will be an Electrical Engineer (EE). This employee is an integral part of the engineering department and plays a key role in the company’s new product development. The EE participates in the design, development, and initial fabrication of the electrical assemblies for new products and/or upgrades to current products.
The third employee being sought by Crimson Trace will become the company’s Armory Technician. Under general supervision, the Armory Technician will provide, maintain, and support all aspects of the company’s firearms related needs with the timely and thorough procurement of materials and knowledge. The Armory Technician will also provide firearm and safety related training, advice, and information as necessary and required to ensure company and employee compliance to all federal, state and company policies.
