It’s also waterfowl hunting season so we thought it would be a great time to talk with Hank Shaw, the author of “Duck, Duck, Goose” about how to cook those birds you are harvesting this year and make them into some of the most delicious fare you’ve ever tasted!
In addition to this, we delve into the great wolf debate and whether they should be delisted on a national level with the help of Jason Baker from our affiliate at AM 1470 KELA who recorded interviews last month with Diane Gallegos of Wolf Haven International and Mark Holyoak with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. It would be fair to say these two have very different opinions on this subject.
