On December 23, 2013 Ashbury Precision Ordnance Mfg (APO) will conduct a random drawing of a winner who will receive a free all inclusive “Ultimate Tactical Rifle Shooting Adventure Weekend” with shooting sports television hosts Jim and Melissa Gilliland. This unique experiential brand promotion is being coordinated through Ashbury’s Facebook social media page as part of the company’s strategy to increase the visibility of the APO brand to the broader commercial shooting sports community. This tremendous adventure weekend is a once in a lifetime opportunity to shoot APO precision rifles from .223 to .50BMG at an exclusive private venue.
The Gilliland’s, a quintessential patriotic All American couple are the hosts of the Pursuit Channel’s Trigger Time TV and actively involved in competitive shooting, firearms training and charitable fundraising for the US Armed Forces and law enforcement sniper communities. In addition to co-hosting a shooting sports TV show, Melissa Gilliland is a passionate up and coming competitive tactical rifle shooter and NRA Firearms Instructor. Jim Gilliland is an active duty veteran with multiple combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq, a Ranger Instructor and world record holding sniper. Together they own Shadow 6 Consulting a company specializing in handgun, carbine and long rifle training.
The winner of this all inclusive adventure weekend will shoot APO precision tactical rifles at reactive steel and “boomer” targets out to 500 yards with suppressors and ammunition provided. A special night shoot is also conducted using night vision and thermal clip-on weapon sights. A best-in-class selection of range equipment is provided for use by the winner to include APO, Leupold, Vectronix, Ruag, Hornady, Huber Concepts, Long Range Accuracy, Field Firing Solutions, AAC, Gemtech and more!
The winner additionally receives personal “one-on-one” shooter coaching on the range, each day!
