Delta Waterfowl has added two key staff members. Tom Perrier has become Delta’s director of corporate partnerships, and Alex Heiser joins Delta as director of marketing.

Perrier has worked his entire career in outdoor media, holding management and executive positions at large publishing companies. For the past 10 years, Perrier has worked independently for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.

“Conservation is so important,” he said. “I look forward to working with outdoor industry corporate partners to share Delta’s story.”

Perrier is an avid outdoorsman who hunts big game and small game. He’s a lifelong waterfowler, who began hunting ducks and geese at age 5 with his father. Perrier and wife Karrie have three Labrador retrievers and a cocker spaniel.

Heiser brings more than 20 years of marketing and brand management experience to Delta. He holds a degree in communications from the University of Minnesota-Moorhead, and is a member of the American Advertising Federation, American Association of Advertising Agencies, Direct Marketing Association and Minnesota Direct Marketing and Advertising Professionals.

Throughout his career, Heiser has developed successful marketing programs that maintain brand integrity, strengthen sales and promote growth.

Heiser is an enthusiastic hunter, pursuing white-tailed deer, waterfowl and other game. He is married and has two sons.
