New Outdoor Option Show Premiers in January

New outdoor show gets big exposure airing in over 76 million households 8 times per week
Get ready to enjoy the outdoors like never before through the eyes and ears of the Reaser family. Feel like you’re part of the team as they give you an up close and personal perspective on hunting and fishing. The Outdoor Option will have you on the edge of your seat as you follow this father, son, and daughter team.
Proud father Dan Reaser leads his 21 year old son Danny and 16 year old daughter Shannon on the adventures. Danny was a record smashing All-Ohio Quarterback playing for Elyria Catholic High School. While spending a lot of his spare time receiving calls from college coaches and visiting with them, it fast become apparent that taking a full ride scholarship would have prevented Danny from pursuing his other passion: the outdoors. Danny decided to end his football career, and instead chose The Outdoor Option to continue the outdoor lifestyle he loves.
Shannon has also picked The Outdoor Option, and changes out of her cheerleading and high school varsity volleyball uniforms to gear up and join the team when time allows.
The focus of The Outdoor Option isn’t just on hunting and fishing, it’s more about the shared outdoor adventures of this engaging family. The close family bond of the Reaser’s provides the central theme of the show, and you’re invited to experience the outdoor lifestyle along with them. You’ll also see Grandpa Sherm, the source of the family’s traditional American lifestyle, in a number of the adventures, offering his wisdom and insights along with extended family and special guests. A real American family, “living the dream” of The Outdoor Option.
The Premiere Episode of The Outdoor Option airs nationally on Sportsman Channel Saturday January 4, 2014 at 7:30pm EST, plus an additional 3 airs per week.
